It involves the protagonist, a medieval villager, dying with regrets as he’s being burned alive by a dragon’s breath.

When he opens his eyes again, he finds himself in heaven with a goddess. Out of pity, she offers to sleep with him, but he refused to enjoy it. Which made her furious and moved to curse him;

He would now have a lot of power that he can imagine and will never be weak again… but now, he has to do lewd things daily to keep that power around, else there will be undesirable concequences.

Now, he is thrown from his original world to a more modern world called earth.

In this new world he finds himself, it is filled with monsters, heroes, villains, and dragons. A perfect place to showcase his new strength.
